If we’re meeting for the first time—welcome! I’m Kelly, and I believe health coaching is about real people and real lives, not perfection.
My own health journey? Let’s just say it’s been an adventure—think solving a Rubik’s Cube while riding a rollercoaster, with a few unexpected plot twists along the way.
I started out as a massage therapist, where I discovered the magic of hands-on healing and the joy of helping people feel better in real time. Eventually, nutrition pulled me in, and I quickly realized that health is so much more than calories or sleep tracking. Studying holistic health coaching felt like uncovering a giant, colorful puzzle—one where every piece matters: mind, body, and all those wonderfully quirky parts that make you, you.
I’m endlessly curious and a little addicted to learning—whether it’s gardening (don’t get me started on soil talk) or diving headfirst into a new TV show someone swears is binge-worthy.
What lights me up isn’t just the “results”—though weight loss was part of my story—it’s the deeper stuff: feeling balanced, energized, and genuinely in sync with myself. That’s what I want for the people I work with too.
